The Karkinos for Enterprise Knowledge
Why every Fortune 500 needs a multi-tool for the data their experts carry out the door.
When a senior engineer retires, your institutional knowledge does not gracefully archive itself — it walks. PikoClaw is the open-source answer: an air-gapped, stdlib-only knowledge multi-tool inspired by the Karkinos pen-tester pattern. Four capabilities — Ingest, Graph, Thread, Export — applied to any corpus you own. PDFs, Slack archives, email troves, Notion exports, codebases, meeting transcripts. It runs offline. It leaves no telemetry. It produces a graph you can hand to the next person who needs to know what your company actually knows.
Live at dev.pappas.work, source at github.com/nft2-me/PikoClaw. The Athens demo on May 27 will ingest a fresh corpus on stage in under three minutes.

The Multi-Agent Workshop
Five surfaces. One coordinator. Authored-by trailers on every commit.
OpenClaw is the orchestration framework that runs underneath everything I ship. Claude, ChatGPT, Computer, Manus, and Geryon each operate as specialised surfaces with explicit role boundaries — only @GitHub pushes code, every write carries an Authored-by trailer, public posts and production merges are HITL-gated. The result: a swarm that audits itself, on cron, with a canonical canvas mirrored to Notion. It is how this site got rebuilt in hours.

Rare Earths in Coal Waste
A story about finding value where everyone else sees a liability.
Indiana sits on a quiet supply-chain opportunity: rare earth elements recoverable from coal ash and acid mine drainage. Supply chain security meets environmental stewardship — innovation often comes from rethinking waste. I bring this story to Athens because it generalises: most enterprise knowledge problems are not data scarcity, they are data treated as waste. PikoClaw is the same trick applied to your retirements, your acquisitions, your investigations.

Three Ways to Engage
Pilot · Contribute · Partner
Pilot. Run PikoClaw against a single corpus in your organisation. I will help you stand it up. We learn together. Contribute. The repo is open. Issues, PRs, plugins, language ports — every contribution carries an Authored-by trailer and credit on the Honours roll. Partner. If your firm sells into regulated industries that cannot run cloud-LLM stacks, we should talk. Find me at Panathenea, on GitHub, or via this site's signal box below.
